Arc’teryx signs a four-year sponsorship agreement with CEC

NORTH VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 24, 2021 – Arc’teryx Equipment, the global design company specializing in technical high-performance apparel and equipment, has entered into a multi-year agreement with Climbing Escalade Canada (CEC) to support competition climbing at a national level. This partnership is designed to champion the development and growth of competitive climbing in Canada over the next four years.

Founded by climbers in 1989, Arc’teryx began its iconic design legacy with its first product, a climbing harness. Rooted in climbing from its inception, Arc’teryx is proud to be supporting the next generation of Canadian climbers through this partnership with the CEC.

“Arc’teryx is very proud to embark on this partnership with the CEC,” says Jurgen Watts, Director of Brand Experience at Arc’teryx. “Our origins in climbing are at the heart of the brand.
